FUNCTION: Build guest loyalty by providing excellent guest service to our customers and team members while working in a fast-paced environment. Encourage guests to join the player’s club and provide information regarding the rewards program and its benefits. Promote and assist with a variety of casino promotions and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service, listens to patrons needs and complies with casino guidelines to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Explain to patrons the benefits of signing up for a Players Club card membership through engaging conversation on the casino floor and the Players Club booth.
• Assists patrons with questions, point redemption, preparation of player’s club cards and basic casino information.
• Prepares new cards, replacement cards, and updates information in the player tracking system.
• Utilizes an enthusiastic and engaging interpersonal style.
• Maintains and communicates knowledge of promotions and special events to patrons.
• Ability to acknowledge customers during busy times and ensure they are taken care of quickly and in a professional manner, which includes initial greetings, eye contact, and positive attitude.
• Participates in the preparation of special events, player appreciation events, and promotions as scheduled.
• Effectively uses casino systems to process guest transactions.
• Pre-existing knowledge or ability to learn and follow Colorado State Gaming Laws and Regulations.
• Obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming Support License.

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
